The Triumph Bonneville Bobber is as inherently American as a burger. Except the helpings of barbecue sauce are decidedly British. Ever been to Bleecker Street? It’s not really a street though. In fact it’s a burger joint that serves incredibly delicious burgers that don’t just satisfy the tummy but the soul as well. They use dry-aged beef, usually medium-rare unless you mention otherwise, that is slathered in cheese. It’s absolutely delectable but what makes these burgers a bit different from the usual fare is the ‘secret sauce’ they use – and the fact that they are British. Much like the Bonneville Bobber, a decidedly American bike with a British twist. Or is it the other way round? The point is, whichever way you look at the new Bobber, it comes across as something special.
