Last week was a milestone in the history of Mumbai theatre with one of India's oldest and edgiest theatre groups, Adishakti, performing in the city. The group founded by Veenapani Chawla, veteran theatre personality from India, is also responsible for training hundreds of upcoming young actors across the country. They conduct an 11-day workshop with martial arts and rhythm that opens you up to a new way of life. Nayika goes back in time where she learnt her first lesson in acting within the sublime campus of Adishakti and tells us why it's a must experience for each of us.
