Cloud computing is a buzzword in today's fast growing Information Technology (IT) industry. This technology has given a new direction and watched agility across the entire IT development And services area to the whole business community and to the common end user.

In the first place we would like to express our sincere gratitude to Thiru V.K Muthaswamy, Correspondent, Kongu Engineering College, for having provided us with the facilities to undertake this work. 

 Clouds allow workloads to be deployed and scaled-out quickly through the rapid
provisioning of virtual machines or physical machines.
 Clouds support redundant, self-recovering, highly scalable programming models
that allow workloads to recover from many unavoidable hardware/software failures.
 Monitor resource usage in real time to enable rebalancing of allocations when
needed.

Though these are the most important principle but there are many more techniques
like networking, internet, web technology and web services, service oriented architecture,
database management and still many more. Without the basic networking concept none of
the above mentioned techniques can exist. Thus only by basic networking technique all of
them have evolved.

We classify clouds mainly to manage them within the well defined boundary. We will see each type of cloud in detail in the upcoming sections and how each type differs from one another. It gives us a broad picture about the new technology.

The service oriented architecture become famous with corporate IT companies due to its business friendly dimensions. The SOA techniques are highly reusable elements which can be integrated using an agile IT infrastructure. SOA can provide a compelling business proposition when combined with cloud computing and an enterprise that needs the various IT solution.

Cloud technology work and support its entire working environment. Well in the initial stages of the migration it takes time for a new technology to fully become operationalize and all employees get a smooth way of functioning. One must not immediately underestimate or overestimate the underlying technology and the overall process. It needs some time to fully mature and its full affect is acknowledged by all users. Well the word migration is quite a very big term here.

The interface that can be used to store and retrieve any amount of data, at any time, from anywhere on the web. It gives any developer access to the same highly scalable, reliable, secure, fast, inexpensive infrastructure that Amazon uses to run its own global network of web sites. The service aims to maximize benefits of scale and to pass those benefits on to developers.

The Linux kernel abstracts all hardware into a consistent virtual interface. In addition Linux supports multi-tasking execution in a manner that is transparent to user processes. Each process can act as though it is the only process on the computer, with exclusive use of main memory and other hardware resources. The kernel actually runs several processes concurrently and is responsible for mediating access to hardware resources so that each process has fair access while inter-process security is maintained.
 

User can download Ubuntu operating system from the website and install the operating system. From time to time Ubuntu keeps on releasing various versions of the operating system. It supports GUI based desktop version, command line version and server edition operating system. In each version of operating system more and more new features and advancements are added from time to time.
 

Mobile cloud computing makes the app developers to build applications designed specifically for mobile phones. Mobile cloud apps which are available in the remote webserver are generally accessed through mobile browser. These types of apps does not need any installation of client application on the recipient phone. This type is also referred to as MoClo, which is derived from the word MObileCLOud.
 

One of the first basic features of a smart phone is that it has the ability to not only to receive phone calls, text messages, and voicemail, but that it also had the ability to access the Internet, play online games, access digital media. Most smart phones have a built-in browser, which is proprietary to the maker of the phone. However, recently major browsers have begun to develop versions of their software which will run on smart phone operating systems. This allows the user to choose what Internet browser they are most comfortable
with. The smart phones can be able to run small computer programs called apps. These apps can perform wide variety of functions. Number of android apps in Google play store has crosses 1 million.

GCM Architecture Computing.

• GCM Connection Servers send messages from 3 rd party app server to client app that is GCM enabled. HTTP and XMPP are connection servers provided by Google.
• 3 rd Party App Server sends messages to GCM connection server, which in turn en-queues and stores the message and sends to the target device when it comes online.
• To receive the stored GCM messages, client app must register with GCM and get a registration ID. If XMPP Connection server is used, client app can send message back to connection server which results in up-streaming.

For industrial oriented term of cloud computing we say it as enterprise cloud computing. The word enterprise cloud computing refers to the business related operations and the usage of cloud computing technology for all their work. Cloud computing service models and its types are becoming the new way of working in a corporate IT sector. Every major corporate IT companies are moving towards this technology. The close alignment of business related corporate IT sector and cloud computing has given a new dimension to term enterprise cloud computing.

There are issues we need to consider for making the cloud technology safer and trustworthy one. We must never underestimate or overestimate a technology, as time changes there are advancement in everything. After all one must not forget that cloud computing itself is evolved from various other computing techniques of the past. Now let us discuss in detail all the security issues, risk along with how to tackle them.

One of the major requirements of cloud installation is the high speed internet without any blockage of firewalls. We start the cloud installation by the following steps:
• To install OpenStack cloud first select the Linux OS. Devstack method supports only Ubuntu 12.04 (Precise), Fedora 20 and CentOS/RHEL 6.5. OpenStack also runs and is packaged on other flavors of Linux such as OpenSUSE and Debian.
Install the respective operating system. We use Ubuntu 12.04 in this case study.
• In the first step update the Ubuntu operating system by this command. It downloads all the required packages.
