People exaggerate everything nowadays. If they like cleanliness and order, they claim to be OCD. If they're upset about something for five minutes they say they're depressed. This is the age of information overload and it is rife with the ever-present danger of self-diagnosing after simply Googling your symptoms. Maybe being able to tell the difference between having actual ADD/ADHD and just being a daydreamer or someone who is easily distracted can lay your doubts to rest. And perhaps you may also stop trivializing conditions that so many others struggle with on a daily basis.
