Managing Organization (NMBA 011) is a first year first semester course offered by MBA Departments of colleges affiliated to A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, U.P. It consists of five units spread over forty one hour class sessions. It is a very comprehensive and wide ranging course and covers a larger number of topics and contents. Students and teachers find it difficult to find one text book that treats all the topics covered in this syllabi. They have to look for several books and sources to read and understand the various topics covered in this course, a facility not easily available in various colleges and their libraries.
